Fronto Restaurant, located at Hotel Diez Diez Collection, follows a philosophy aligned with harmony with nature, creating what is now known as \"The New Latin American Cuisine.\" The foundation of this cuisine lies in the use of regional ingredients, transforming Yucatecan cuisine with a fresh vision, incorporating flowers, herbs, and local animals. After many years of experimenting and innovating with local products, exploring their potential use in different recipes, somewhat departing from strict tradition, they applied cutting-edge techniques with fresh local ingredients. As a result, you can now enjoy a variety of dishes, among which the standout is the tender pork flauta. It is made from marinated pork with white recado, orange juice, and butter, cooked at a low temperature for five hours. It uses nixtamalized corn masa and is filled with tender pork, along with onions, cilantro, and cumin, served with a pounded green sauce made of miltomate and chilies, grated tender coconut, and avocado. Enjoy the cuisine at Fronto, open to guests of Diez Diez Collection and external guests by reservation.<\/p>
