\u201cProductos Sosa\u201d is a family liquor company with over 100 years of history, founded by Mr. Luis Sosa Sabido. After four generations, Mr. H\u00e9ctor Echeverr\u00eda Sosa continues the production of these liquors. The company has received the \"Traditional Company\" recognition, which is granted to those who have been in continuous commercial activity for a century within the same family. Among the liquors they produce, you can find xtabent\u00fan, carabanchel, hierbabuena, and nance. The latter is made with local fruits from Yucat\u00e1n, sugar, and sugarcane alcohol. For its production, the nance fruit is soaked in aguardiente for nine months in a barrel. It is then transferred to another barrel for filtration, and later to another for settling. After completing this process, it is ready for distribution and sale. You can find them in the neighbourhood of San Juan, on 42nd Street, to get your favourite liquor. You have to try them all!<\/p>
