D\u00e9j\u00e0 Vu is a restaurant located in R\u00edo Lagartos where you can enjoy a paradise of flavours in each of its dishes, combining traditional Mayan cuisine with the freshest seafood from the region. They offer a panucho topped with escabeche stew, which can be made with octopus, shrimp, fish, or the traditional version. The protein is marinated with recado blanco (white seasoning) and grilled over charcoal. It is placed on a handmade tortilla that is filled with beans.
