Located in the port of Celest\u00fan, the Costa Fish group offers you an experience to go out on a boat and catch the catch of the day. You will be accompanied by local people dedicated to this activity, who will guide you in fishing with a line, hooks, and bait, which is the technique they use every day. After the activity, you will arrive on land and head to the house of a man nicknamed \"la ballena\" (the whale), who will delight you with a dish based on the catch of the day, which can be delicious tostadas made with shrimp and fish, or garlic mojo crabs. In the preparation of these dishes, chef Edwin Chulim also participates. The tostadas are made with a base of fish p\u00e2t\u00e9, mayonnaise, and other ingredients. A shrimp dish with chipotle cream is made on top of the p\u00e2t\u00e9, garnished with local avocado and accompanied by salsa macha. On the other hand, for the garlic mojo crabs, blue crabs and other ingredients are used, which make this dish the host's specialty.
