Mead is a fermented beverage made from honey and potable water through the action of wine yeast. It serves as a digestive, relaxant, revitalizer, and energizer, thanks to its enzymatic properties obtained through fermentation. Enjoy this beverage at \"La Honradez\" brewery, a registered brand since April 2021. They offer 10 craft beers and a metheglin-style mead infused with x'kakalt\u00fan and 6% alcohol. The beverages undergo approximately one month of fermentation, during which their development is monitored before being manually bottled.
