The dish \"ibes con puerco\" is a variation of \"frijol con puerco\" (pork with beans). The difference is that it is prepared with white ibes beans, epazote, garlic, tomato, onion, and pork. Additionally, cilantro, onion, and radish are finely chopped to complement the dish, along with white rice.
