La Tosteviche restaurant is a place that specializes in offering gourmet seafood tacos and tostadas. On this occasion, they have a fusion dish to offer that aims to elevate Yucatecan cuisine. It's the Poc Chuc shrimp taco, which is made with blue corn tortillas, shrimp marinated in sour orange and spices, and grilled, similar to the original Poc Chuc dish that is roasted. The taco is served on a plate with three tacos, where the tortilla is topped with a base of guacamole, cooked shrimp, chiltomate sauce, grilled purple onion, and the smoky touch of Valladolid sausage sprinkled on top. To accompany the tacos, you are provided with lime and sour orange, as well as a house-made habanero cream. The dish was created by chef Fabi\u00e1n Romero, a renowned gastronomic promoter who coordinated the making of the world's largest tamale in 2018, earning a Guinness World Record. For these reasons and more, their dishes guarantee great flavour!<\/p>
