Located within a plantation of Blue Agave (Tequilana Weber), you will find La Destiler\u00eda, where the Mayap\u00e1n agave distillate is handcrafted using techniques that have been used for over 400 years by the Mexicans who started tequila production. This process results in a unique and exquisite flavour. To learn about the agave process, you will take a tour that includes a walk through the Agave field, where you will witness the process of jimado, the harvesting of the agave pi\u00f1as. You will also visit the facilities of La Destiler\u00eda, where you can observe step by step the process followed to obtain the final Mayap\u00e1n product. At the end of the tour, you will be invited to a free tasting of the agave distillate. After the tasting, you can visit the regional crafts store, where you can buy souvenirs from the distillery and the tequila region. Experience this in Valladolid, Yucat\u00e1n!<\/p>
