These \"charritos\" are prepared in an artisanal way by Mr. Eduardo Pool, better known as \"El Papacito,\" who learned this recipe when he worked at a \"charritos\" factory years ago. This delight is made from flour, which is first kneaded with a pinch of salt and left to rest for a few minutes. Then, it is rolled out and flattened with a rolling pin. Afterward, the dough is left to dry, cut, separated, and fried over wood fire until it reaches the perfect consistency we all love. This process gives the snack a crispy texture when tasted.
