One of them is the Yucatecan Jungle Dish, which consists of seared venison fillet accompanied by rice with ibes (a type of bean), frijol (black beans), espel\u00f3n (type of squash), pumpkin seeds, ripe plantain, and a bed of sikil pak (traditional Yucatecan pumpkin seed dip). You can enjoy this dish at the Hacienda Teya restaurant or at the Santa Luc\u00eda location.
