To start, the restaurant Mare Ha welcomes you with delicious blue corn tortilla chips along with four sauces: tree chilli,\u00a0 mango habanero, habanero, serrano and jalape\u00f1o, and tamarind habanero, each with a different level of spiciness and flavour. After trying the sauces that you'll have to accompany your food, you'll be ready to taste this taco, which is the house specialty and is made with blue corn tortilla, mennonite cheese, Valladolid longaniza, and grilled shrimp saut\u00e9ed with garlic and spices.
