You will have the opportunity to peel and taste the jicama on the spot while continuing the tour. After the harvest, you will participate in washing the jicamas and, together with the host, prepare a delicious \"xec\" (meaning \"mixed\" in Mayan), blended with seasonal citrus fruits or those available from the harvest, and of course, a touch of habanero chilli, to give it that unique flavour.
