Founded in 1683, Hacienda Teya is currently renowned for its exquisite Yucatecan food restaurant, its green areas, and event halls set within 17th-century buildings. It has achieved such success that it has two additional locations to visit: Paseo 60 and Santa Lucia. It offers an exquisite Yucatecan cuisine that has earned two national recognitions from CANIRAC and continues to innovate to highlight the customs and traditions of the state. This time with a drink called \"Ancestral Offering,\" which honours Janal Pix\u00e1n, one of the most important celebrations of the culture since the xec is part of the offerings of the traditional altar of the dead. Additionally, it is a snack that brings families and friends together to have a good time. The main ingredients of this drink are jicama, tangerine, orange, grapefruit, and of course, mezcal. All integrated into a jicara, as traditionally used for the altar. Try this drink at its two restaurants in Merida: Paseo 60 and Santa Lucia.<\/p>
