This has a peculiar sausage shape, because it is made by filling a thin pig intestine, which is boiled and then fried. It is in the municipality of Peto where you can try this unique dish, as it is well known that Don Moo's morcilla is one of the most popular for the quality and flavour it has offered since 1997. The dish is served with cabbage, onion, chilli, beans, and three different sauces for you to accompany it with your favourite.<\/p>
