Located on a corner of the Progreso boardwalk, Mobula is a restaurant specialized in seafood cuisine, but also offers a wide variety of drinks. As part of their mixology, they offer carajillos; the base of this drink is espresso coffee and liquor. Their menu features the Mayan carajillo, which highlights Yucatecan ingredients and is made with anise liquor with honey and grated cocoa. After shaking and serving the drink, it is flamed for a few seconds and ready for you to enjoy. This combination allows you to fully taste the ingredients on your palate. They have different carajillos that highlight other flavours, such as marzipan or the traditional merengue sold on the beaches.<\/p>
