Chocorchata or chocolate horchata is a concentrate of rice and cocoa, which, when mixed with water, produces a naturally refreshing drink that can be served cold with ice or hot with hot water. Romy's artisan chocolates are producers from Merida, who have been making artisanal chocolate and other cocoa derivatives since 2018. Among their products, you can find dark and semi-sweet chocolate, coffee chocolate, chocolate powder, pinole, and a couple of products made with stevia. Their products are free of flour and preservatives. To prepare the chocorchata, it is recommended to add five parts water to one part concentrate, depending on the amount you want to prepare to drink. You will love the flavour since these two ingredients blend perfectly, and you will be able to taste both while you enjoy it. Taste this beverage with your meals and try the flavour of cocoa in horchata.<\/p>
