The Organic Orchard Tour at Hacienda Sotuta de Pe\u00f3n has as its main objective environmental education. The organic orchard is a space in which visitors, in total contact with nature and with an expert guide, can appreciate the various crops and even harvest them. They will also receive an explanation about the Melipona bee and its importance in preserving life. There is an area to rest and have food. It is important to note that some of the products grown, such as vegetables, fruits, and spices, are harvested to be included in the Yucatecan Gastronomic Exhibition offered at the restaurant, and many of the varieties include aromatic plants used in ceremonies in their temazcal and massage services.<\/p>
