The Magical Town of Valladolid is considered one of the best destinations to discover Yucatecan cuisine. Today, a historical-gastronomic experience is offered that will allow you to delve into the history and unique flavours of this beautiful colonial town. The purpose of this experience is to tell the story of Valladolid through the flavours and techniques that characterize Yucatecan cuisine. The walk begins in the main park called Francisco Canton Rosado, after receiving precise instructions from the guide. The first stop is at the Origen restaurant located within the facilities of the Real Hispano Hotel, where you will taste the authentic Valladolid dish called lomitos accompanied by chaya juice with lime. Then, you will admire the streets and mansions of this magical town to reach El Patio restaurant, where you will be offered a delicious burrito wrapped in xmakulan or hoja santa, an aromatic plant from the region, as well as chaya empanadas with Edam cheese. Finally, we move to La Terraza restaurant, a more local environment decorated with vibrant colours to taste the famous and delicious Vallisoletana sausage in this region. Get to know Valladolid through its streets, colonial houses, history, and excellent gastronomy.<\/p>
