Located in the beautiful magical town of Man\u00ed, just 95 km from the city of M\u00e9rida, Solar Maya offers this incredible experience in which you will take a guided tour to learn about the importance of their solar and the role it plays in the traditional agricultural system. To finish, an exquisite dish awaits you to delight your taste buds: marinated hairless pig ribs with honey. This dish is traditionally cooked in a p\u00edib, an earth oven typical of the Yucatan Peninsula, and is slowly cooked for six hours over the heat of stones. With this dish, the aim is to promote the consumption of local pork and honey. Most of the ingredients and complements are produced within the Solar Maya's orchard.<\/p>
