In less than 6 kilometres in length, which is what the town of Kaua has from end to end, extends the gastronomic corridor of \"the aunts of Kaua\", where the smell of meat on the grill invites everyone who passes by to try the main dish, the well-known Poc-chuc, marinated pork accompanied by a delicious Kabax bean, handmade tortillas, and salsa to complement this delicious culinary experience. There are about five restaurants of traditional cooks to choose from. A route you can\u2019t miss on the way to the archaeological zone of Chich\u00e9n Itz\u00e1.<\/p>
