The beverages that can be obtained from corn, known as \"pozoles\" and \"atole,\" will be available for demonstration, tasting, and learning. There are seven different drinks to try, including atole made from corn dough (choco sacam), pozol made from tortillas (k'eimi waj), natural pozol, coconut pozol, pozol for offering (sacab), soaked corn (dz'am bii xiim), and pinole (k'aa).
