Chef Miguel \u00c1ngel Ciau Pat, who is in charge of creating these dishes, has added a new delicious creation to the menu, taking advantage of the octopus season from August to December: The Maleconcito octopus tempura, which is accompanied by longaniza sparks, marinated in sour orange with hoja santa and chile kat sauce, sweet potato puree with mint, and plantain chips with habanero foam.<\/p>
