It has to offer the distinguished \u201cvenado almendrado\u201d: shredded white-tailed deer meat, baked underground and saut\u00e9ed with a sauce made from almonds, \u00e1rbol chilli peppers, red spice, and regional spices, accompanied with a small portion of guacamole, fried plantains, and crispy fried chaya.<\/p>

This dish is made with organic ingredients, responsibly raised deer, and cooked in a traditional way, the perfect combination to leave your palate ecstatic. The \u201cvenado almendrado\u201d is unique to Kinich, proudly born in the restaurant through a blend of Mayan cooking rituals with contemporary methods.<\/p>
