This experience takes place in Tekit<\/em> region, you will start by visiting the corn mill, where the dough to make tortillas is made. Then, you will visit the local market and you will look for recados<\/em>, spices, meat, vegetables, and fruits. Once you got the ingredients, you will start preparing the dish with the cook Ana. While the dish is cooked over firewood, you will visit the traditional solar where you will see Melipona<\/em> bees and will taste their honey. At the end, you will learn to make hand-made tortillas and will eat the dish you previously prepared.
