Live a Mayan experience near Valladolid, in the community of Dzalbay<\/em> and Ek Balam<\/em>. The ancient Mayans were excellent observers of their surroundings and generated lots of knowledge. Even though a great amount of it has been lost, communities have received the legacy of such knowledge from generation to generation.<\/p>

Here, you will enjoy a gorgeous cenote in which you can swim, watch its formations and the island inside of it. You can also learn about the use of medicinal plants of the region and their methods of preparation. You will visit the community and will see how is that contemporary Mayans live. Enjoy a plunge in Sac Aua cenote. Dive in this natural marvel. Millions of years had to go by so that cenotes were formed. This place is unique, it has beautiful stalactites formations. Besides, it has a natural island inside, excellent for resting and watching formations and the landscape. The water forms a ring around the island. If you like adventure, it has a grotto.
