It takes place at Viva Sotuta de Pe\u00f3n<\/em> Hacienda, it is an experience of a \u201cX\u2019temazcalli<\/em>\u201d bath, which gives you the possibility of experiencing an encounter with your body and soul. Physically, the heat produced by the volcanic stones brought from Tepoztl\u00e1n<\/em> valley, promote detoxification of the organism, relaxes muscles, and the nervous system, it makes you sweat, and with that, it cleans the skin and promotes cellular renovation; the temascal bath makes the body find its balance and relax, what, at a spiritual level means a moment of self-encounter.<\/p>

That is why, in a figurative and poetic sense, the temascal bath is a place of connection with the sacred and with the elements, as water, fire, earth, and wind are represented in the volcanic stones, the use of water, the medicinal plants, and the flowers used for treatments, as well as the techniques to move heat or generate it using pirul<\/em> tree branches and other plants.<\/p>

In the microcosmos of temascal, the elements that form part of it are a communication way to universal conscience, and it is also said that the person who experiences temascal receives a strong momentum of dialogue with its own heart.<\/p>

It includes transportation in an air-conditioned van, temascal experience, and welcome beverages.<\/p>
