Go on an adventure in the so-called Sultana de la Sierra, Tekax<\/em>; located 1 hour and 15 minutes from M\u00e9rida on the federal freeway that goes to Chetumal<\/em>, heading towards the Puuc Route<\/em>. A magnific experience to visit this place is an ATV night tour.<\/p>

First, you will visit the main park Benito Ju\u00e1rez, which was built in the early 20th<\/sup> century and is unique in Yucat\u00e1n because of its French-style gates, made of casted iron. The next stop is downtown, where you can admire the impressive church devoted to Saint John the Baptist, it was one of the first Franciscan buildings in the area. Afterwards, you will visit San Diego Chapel, built to honor San Diego de Alcal\u00e1 de Henares, Tekax<\/em>\u2019s guardian; you cannot miss the opportunity of visiting the chapel built over a hill of 262.4 ft, which is considered a perfect look-out, from which you can see the houses and the imposing colonial buildings. This first part of the tour is to learn about the history of Tekax; the following part is to go towards Ricardo Palmer\u00edn avenue, to follow the peripheral route and in this roadway, you can run the ATV more freely and fast. When you get back, you will enjoy a delicious dinner where you will taste Yucat\u00e1n traditional dishes.<\/p>

It includes safety equipment: helmet, reflecting vest, guide, ATV, drinking water, artisan ice-cream, and traditional dinner.<\/p>
